JPS was appointed by Gwynedd Council to deliver the Civil and Structural design of a new primary school in Criccieth, North Wales. The £4m scheme aims to deliver a highly sustainable new primary school on an existing green-field site on the out-skirts of the town.
JPS coordinated the Site Investigations and undertook detailed land modelling to ensure accurate cut & fill quantities could be defined and costed at an early stage in the design process.
JPS are now working with Ainsley Gommon Architects to deliver the detailed design of the school including building structures, hard landscaping, site drainage and highway improvements.
