JPS recently led the Civil & Structural design of St Kentigern Hospice, a new £3.5m extension to an existing Hospice in St Asaph, including the design of a new build steel concrete composite frame, foundations, internal alterations to the existing structure along with modification and extension to the drainage system on site.
JPS coordinated the Site Investigations and ensured timely discharge of planning conditions relating to drainage and land contamination through close liaison with the relevant authorities.
