Working with D2 Architects based in Chester, JPS provided structural calculations and drawings for Building Regs Submission for this substantial two storey rear extension to a private residence in Rowton, Cheshire. The extension utilised a steel frame with timber joists to form a substantial, open plan kitchen and living space at ground floor and high-spec bedroom accommodation above.
