JPS provided the structural design for a complete transformation of this character property in Cheshire.
The project included a new rear extension with a glazed gable and a two-storey dormer side extension. Additional work comprised an internal remodel as well as modifications to the existing garage.
Our Structural Engineers worked closely with Boswell Construction and Abigail Owen Architects to incorporate traditional detailing into aspects of the new build section such as fascias, dummy purlings, windows details & open sprocket rafters. This ensured that the new build sections match seamlessly with the original dwelling.
