JPS provided structural engineering design for this residential development in Welshpool which will provide 16 No. High Energy Performance apartments. The new apartments will be an extension of the existing William Ainge Court apartment complex and will introduce a new landscape courtyard to the heart of the development.
JPS provided carefully considered retaining wall and raft slab designs for this terraced sloping sites with tight boundaries to adjacent buildings. The superstructure is formed in timber framing and all construction details were worked up to Passivhaus standards to create a highly thermally efficient building, providing quality living space in the town centre.
