Located on the edge of the Peak District, this bespoke residential development transformed a collection of existing buildings and plots into eight stunningly unique homes.
The scheme combined new-build construction with the restoration, refurbishment and extension of existing structures, creating a varied and high-quality development that respects its surroundings while delivering contemporary living spaces.
JPS provided comprehensive civil and structural engineering design services to Grace Construction, supporting the successful delivery of the development for Chevin Homes.
The engineering challenge
