Project overview
JPS provided structural engineering services for the new-build extension to the RSPB South Stack Visitor Centre on Anglesey.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, JPS led the structural design of the two-storey portalised steel frame structure, delivering a robust and efficient solution tailored to the site’s exposed coastal environment.
The scheme incorporated a structural framing system (SFS) cladding solution, enabling the building envelope to be rapidly installed and the structure quickly made weatherproof, supporting an accelerated construction programme during the winter months.
