We are pleased to be working with Wynne Construction on the exciting redevelopment of Queens Buildings in Rhyl. The multi-stage development in Rhyl Town Centre has just received planning permission for the first phase of the scheme. The scheme as a whole will see the former Queen’s Market and nearby buildings transformed into a mixed residential, retail and night-time economy scheme, with library, events space and food courts. Demolition work is currently under way; once completed the first phase is expected to start on site early in the next year. This will include development of an indoor market hall and flexible event space, with associated external landscaping.
JPS is working alongside Wynne Construction, LMA and ESD to complete the detailed design of this exciting regeneration project, funded by Denbighshire County Council and Welsh government.
