JPS provided structural design services for Beaufort Court, a new housing development on the outskirts of Chester for Pure Homes. Working alongside Calderpeel Architects, JPS designed foundation and superstructure requirements for this prestigious housing development.
Beaufort Court is a luxurious & unique courtyard development of 20 high specification 4, 5 & 6 bedroom new homes with separate homeworking units of exceptional architectural merit. The properties enjoy delightful countryside views, being crafted with quality and sustainability in mind and located within a short drive or walk to the southwest of Chester City Centre.
