Working alongside Read Construction, JP Structural Design have recently delivered the Civil and Structural design for the new Llysfasi Community Hub Building for Coleg Cambria.
The structure comprised a steel frame with composite decking with the foundations, drainage and external works carefully designed to avoid tree protection zones in close proximity to the building.
The JPS civils team worked closely with Denbighshire County Council to ensure early approval of the sustainable drainage proposals for the site.
