JPS provided structures and drainage design for the refurbishment of the existing courtyard area within the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel to create a high-end covered palm courtyard lounge.
Works included infilling the external courtyard with a steel and glass roof, remodelling of the bar and bedrooms and modification works to the internal drainage.
