JPS provided structural consultancy services to New Park Commercial for the refurbishment and extension of 3 Grade II* listed high street commercial properties in Whitchurch.
The buildings have suffered severe settlement and structural damage as a result of historical brine extraction in the area and restoration works involve ground improvement, underpinning and extensive structural repairs which have been developed in consultation with the local conservation officer.
