Working with D2 Architects based in Chester, JPS provided structural calculations and drawings for Building Regs Submission for this single storey rear extension to a private residence in Hoole, Chester. Works included the design of steelwork to allow wall removal at ground floor to create an open plan kitchen and living space with feature glazing.
