JPS provided full civil and structural design services for the construction of this new-build private residence on the plot of a former bungalow in Frodsham.
The design incorporated a piled basement retaining wall and utilised load bearing masonry with steelwork supporting precast concrete floors and a roof formed in steelwork and timber.
