Working with D2 Architects based in Chester, JPS provided structural calculations and drawings for Building Regs Submission for this large single storey rear extension to a private residence in Waverton, Cheshire. The extension utilised long-span steels to form a substantial, open plan kitchen and living space as well as a flat roof terrace.
